LIVE IAR, CIMA, CPA Credit

Weds., March 25 2026, 4 p.m. ET

Updated March 20, 2026.

IARs and all professionals should approach CE aiming to enhance competency while minimizing time to learn, boosting retention, mitigating risks, and ensuring increased productivity.

Most individuals and RIAs passively attend CE as required without ever attempting to strategically select CE sessions to close the gap between their skills and doing their jobs every day.

Strategically choosing education is a way of improving your productivity and performance, and closing the skills gap in your work.

Intentional education improves performance and productivity by enabling you to embed what you learn into your workflow to empower you.

This many times can only come from micro-learning events, on-click, real-time access to relevant content when it is needed so that reskilling and upskilling can happen immediately—on the job—without formality or traditional learning models. And, unlike traditional training, workflow learning helps sustain and grow evolving skills over time.[1]
