Citi Kept Its Credit Card Clients In The Dark After It Was Hacked

Citigroup Inc. waited as long as three weeks to notify credit-card customers of a hacking attack because it was conducting an investigation and producing replacement cards, according to a person familiar with the situation. Citi is being criticized because waiting to disclose the vrach cold have exposed the 200,000 customers to identity theft.
