Pretty good for the cases I've had
Pretty intuitive and has a good audit trail so you dig into numbers that look questionable. Reports and graphs seem dated.

This presenter's style is a little dry. Andy asks great questions. Perhaps this sort of presentation could be more interactive rather than reserving Q&A until the end....
