I liked it for the most part; I'm beginning to use mind maps in my own practice (I use MindJet on the iPad) especially for clients who do NOT have a linear thought process! I think the title perhaps made people believe that this would be a presentation on using this tool with prospective clients - it would be great to have such a session. There are a lot of ways to work with mindmaps just to get client thinking organized - not so necessary to have it link to everything (I use Worldox for that).

Not a bad webinar, too much time spent on the other tools. As Rob said "those could be for another webinar".
