The Good
User friendly, fast, cost effective reporting system. Export wizard allows you to get the data in spreadsheet format for further analysis
The Bad
Look of the reports, very basic cannot add graphics. charts are fairly simplistic. Billing module difficult to implement.
The Bottom Line
For the price, it can't be beat. We've paid for third party services in the past. Bringing it in house was the best thing we've done. We now have total control over the product.
