The Good
The program is very comprehensive, with more functionality that our office uses. Enhancements such as web access and mobile phone functionality make it even more accessible.

Time is needed - for training and planning - to utilize program properly
The Bottom Line
This program has matured to encompass many needs of an advisors office from workflow management, client documentation, and even client communication, event planning and new business development tracking; however, the program cannot run itself. Dedication to planning, training and unyielding use of the program is needed to achieve meaningful results.
