Too many recurring issues.

The data is simply not clean enough. Issues with data conversion, billing, reconciliation, and reporting. Can't risk sending bad data to clients.

User Review

The Good
The reports are generally very nice. responsive upper management. Good mobile app. They try to work with you and get you what you want.
The Bad
they cannot handle billing and we have the same (plus new) mistakes each quarter. Our billing is complicated and they say a software fix this year will help with the mistakes. If you have simple billing, probably not an issue. the staff seems poorly trained while the upper management is very good - strange dichotomy - likely a result of some growing pains. The desktop application is slow.
The Bottom Line
Too many mistakes are occurring. If it worked how it was supposed to, we'd be happy, but we are spending way too much time reviewing data to ensure accuracy. They are working hard to regain our trust, but we are still looking to switch away from Orion unless teh upcoming quarter or two prove much better.
