I worked with this software since 1990. It is mission critical to our work and we hate migration to another software.

The Good
Dependable software - rarely crashes.
The Bad
Very little innovation from the company on the software. Last major upgrade to the software was published around 1400 AD. They are always looking to squeeze more money out of you.
The Bottom Line
It is what it is - until some thing better comes along.
