After announcing lots of new features at its Build Conference yesterday, reviews of Windows 8 so far have been mixed. The big news is that Windows 8 will work on tablets and feature full touch-screen navigation.

"Though we found GoToMeeting slightly easier to use than WebEx, we didn't think the difference in intuitiveness of the interface was significant enough to justify paying the same amount of money for a less robust service."
