Top Threats of Cloud Computing

I recently discovered a working paper published by the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) sponsored by Hewlett Packard addressing the top threats of cloud computing. Feedback to my previous Commentary on cloud computing often surrounds risk management decisions when considering such services. Concerns of cloud computing often include security of sensitive data stored in the cloud, reliability and accessibility to cloud services (i.e. how much uptime is promised), and integration capabilities with other cloud- or desktop-based business applications. Still Unsure About PDF vs. TIFF Security? Read On

Back in May I came across an article in Financial Advisor magazine where the author stated that scanning should be done to TIFF files because they are more secure than PDF files.   I contacted Adobe and set the record straight, outlined in this post on FPPad.com*.
